A quick, honest note before you order: barn door kits cost roughly three times the price of a hardware-only kit because the door ships with everything. If you have doors in mind already, or if a local lumber yard can supply panels, buying the bifold hardware separately is almost always the better value. We say this to every customer who asks.

That said — this kit delivers a complete bifold setup in one shipment. Two solid pine panels fold accordion-style along a wall-mounted track, stacking to one side of the opening when open. The J top mount hanger attaches to the top edge of each panel, leaving both door faces completely clear of hardware. Because the panels fold rather than slide, the only wall clearance needed on each side is a few inches for the stack and pivot — a significant advantage over sliding doors in tight spaces like closets, pantries, and laundry rooms.

This kit includes both door panels (classic vertical plank construction), the complete J top mount bifold hardware in black, and a bifold revolving handle. Soft close is not available for bifold hardware. Available in 11 stain options plus unfinished. Unfinished ships in 3-5 business days. Stained options add 5 business days (8-10 total).
