Modern J Top Mount Barn Door Hardware Kit

The J Top Mount hanger attaches to the top edge of the door rather than the front face. From the front of the door, there are no visible straps — just the door panel and the track above it. The hardware sits above and behind the door, out of the sightline from most viewing angles. It's the cleanest-looking option in the standard sliding lineup for anyone who wants barn door function with minimal visible hardware on the door itself.

The tradeoff is weight capacity: 100 lbs per door. That covers most hollow-core and lightweight solid-core interior doors comfortably, but it rules out solid wood slabs and heavier panels.
